ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2 - 4 business days. Order processing times may be longer on weekends and during holidays. Certain products may have longer processing times. Those will be noted on the product page.
PRE-ORDERS
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order ships and order status information can be found in your account, if you have one.
Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Once order has been placed, we are usually unable to change or update the item(s) on the order or a shipping address. If a return is needed, please see returns.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
During high volume periods on new drops, your order may be cancelled due to inventory selling out. If order is cancelled, payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
