Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.


We offer various shipping options in the U.S. via USPS, FedEx and UPS.

Economy - Delivery in 5 to 8 Business Days via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
Express - Order by Noon ET. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via FedEx or UPS.

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
We offer various shipping options Internationally via USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL.

Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 4 to 21 business days to deliver. You may be responsible for customs and/or duties on your order.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
Your tracking number will be included in the email you receive when your order has shipped. If you have a Rock The Bells account, you can also find your tracking info in the orders section of your account.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Once order has been placed, we are unable to change or update the shipping address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service at customercare@rockthebells.com

RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy upon order receipt. To initiate a return, contact: customercare@rockthebells.com for assistance. Please include:
• Order number
• Item being returned
• Reason for return

A return label will be issued and sent to the email on file.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued if the return is accepted. The process can take up to 5 business days from the date the return is received at our facility.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. Any reverse duties on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. If your return does not meet the return requirements, we will reject the return and send a notification email.

Due to various processing times, refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account, based on your financial organization.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, you will need to return the item and place a new order for the replacement item.

Final sale items cannot be refunded.
