How long before my order ships?
For RTB products from our warehouse, it will generally take 1 – 2 business days to process your order for shipment and approximately 5-7 days to arrive. Order processing times may be longer on weekends and during holidays. You will receive an email when your order ships and order status information can be found in your account, if you have one.
For RTB product on Pre-Order, it will generally take take 2 weeks to complete the processing and manufacturing and another 1 week to arrive, so a total of 3-4 weeks to arrive from time of purchase.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
DOMESTIC - For RTB merchandise, we offer free domestic shipping via USPS. Once we receive your order, we will process it within 2 days and send to you via ground shipping (5-7 business days). We also offer domestics expedited shipping vis UPS for $25 per order and will generally take 2-3 business days to reach you.
INTERNATIONAL - For RTB Merchandise, we offer international shipping for a cost that will depend on the size of your order and your shipping destination.
For international shipping, we use USPS First Class International. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs and/or duties on your order. These fees are your responsibility and Rock The Bells has no control over them. If you have questions about customs and duties fees please contact your local customs office.
Rock The Bells’ shipping costs are subject to change at any time, without notice.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be included in the email you receive when your order has shipped. If you have a Rock The Bells account, you can also find your tracking info in the orders section of your account. How do I return an item?
We offer a 7-day return policy upon receipt. Hit us up at email@example.com if you wish to return the item and we can issue you a return label. Once our warehouse confirms they receive the return and check the quality, we will then refund you less the return shipping and restocking fee.
We are unable to offer exchanges. You can always return the item and repurchase a new one.
