Young M.A. taps into a classic from LL COOL J for her new video. The Brooklyn rhymer has dropped the visuals for "Don Diva," her track with Rubi Rose. And the video is an homage to LL's iconic video for 1996's "Doin' It."
"Don Diva" is off of M.A.'s new album Off The Yak. The song features Rubi Rose, and Fivio Foreign, Max Yb, and more make appearances on the album. “Don Diva," produced by SOUNDSfromIKEY and JayUncut, is a steamy cut that features a sexual back-and-forth between the two rappers. All the while serving looks from the classic Hype Williams-directed original video from Uncle L.
Young M.A.'s vid is directed by JakeTheShooter, and “Don Diva” is a faithful recreation of "Doin' It."
It's a sexy clip that also serves as a very cool tribute.
