From "Cool Off" to "Boomp!": <br>The 10 Best Videos of 2020

It was a year unlike any other. Throughout the trials and tragedies of 2020, artists still gave us great work. 2020 had no shortage of memorable videos from Hip-Hop icons; Legends like Busta Rhymes and Missy Elliott dropped some of their most eye-popping work yet. And that's saying something in a year that gave us such instant classics as "W.A.P."

Check out our 10 favorite videos of 2020.

"Czar" - Busta Rhymes

Busta is anointed "chosen one” in this super-hot video for the kinetic track from Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath Of God. Add cameos from M.O.P., Michael Blackson and Chris Rock, along with the legendary Spliff Starr and tribal dancers -- and you have one dopeass vid.

"Slap Da Shit Outcha" - Redman

"Can I...?" Maaaaaan. Redman jokingly lives out the kind of day so many people would love to have. Sometimes, you just really wanna slap da shit outta somebody.

"Will (ADHD)" - Joyner Lucas

Joyner Lucas pays homage to an icon. Visually referencing the illustrious entertainment career of the Fresh Prince, the Boston rapper serves up one of the year's most memorable clips. Cue the nostalgia.

"State Of The Union (S.T.F.U.)" - Public Enemy

Chuck D., Flavor Flav and the crew kicked off the doors of a tumultuous year with this middle finger to the soon-to-be-former POTUS. Chuck rains fire and brimstone as Flav offers obscenity-filled put-downs, evoking that classic P.E. spirit over a heater from PREEMO.

"Becoming" - Arrested Development

Speech's harrowing tale about a troubled man's journey from abuse to diliquency to redemption is rendered immaculately in this standout vid from Atlanta rap vets Arrested Development. A message of hope in a year that seemed to be lacking it.

"Bout Shit" - The LOX feat. DMX

Yonkers is in the building. In case you forgot how much Sheek, Styles and Kiss mean to their hometown and just how much their hometown means to them, the trio drop a video that reps as hard as anything they've ever done. And oh yeah--there's this guy named "Earl" riding shotgun.

"Ultra Black" - Nas

Dropping King's Disease, one of his most received albums in years, Nasir Jones had a robust 2020. The Queensbridge legend gave you understated greatness in this clip for "Ultra Black." Nas is always best when he's comfortable in his own skin, and he's clearly feeling himself here.

"Boomp!" - Busta Rhymes

Busta goes super over-the-top as only Bussa Bus can in the vid for "Boomp!" He goes all in with the visuals, evoking every bikini-clad, bottle-poppin' go-to he can, while also spoofing the opulance of it all. Experience an experience.

"Godzilla" - Eminem feat. JUICE WRLD

Eminem and the late Juice WRLD make for potent alchemy on the uproarious "Godzilla." The video features Eminem hunting down clones and includes an emotional dedication to Juice at the end. Em teamed with Lyrical Lemonade for the clip, which also features cameos from Mike Tyson and Dr. Dre.

"Cool Off" - Missy Elliott

In the video for the last single from 2019s Iconology, the icon Missy Elliott springs to life as living art in a museum. And Teyana Taylor gets to play tour guide (reprising her role from Missy's "DripDeamenor" vid) explaining to a young museum visitor that Elliott is "the greatest, most timeless woman of all time."
