Supreme has released their inaugural Fall/Winter 2021 drop; the Rick Rubin tee is an undeniable hit amongst streetwear fanatics.
Supreme released a promotional video in support of the collection, starring none other than Def Jam founder and hip-hop icon Rick Rubin. In the video, Rubin gives his take on how he thinks young people should create and blaze their own path artistically. “I would suggest young people to make things that they love,” the prolific producer explains. “Look at it as what can you make that nobody else can make.”
The Rick Rubin tee was initially set to drop in 2018 but was delayed until this season, coming back in seven different colorways. The Fall/Winter 2021 collection dropped last Thursday (August 19). Most pieces, including the Rubin tee, have sold out on the website but are available on sites like StockX and GOAT.
