Rick Ross showed love to Miami rap legends in a recent Instagram pic. Rozay posted a photo of himself, standing alongside Trick Daddy and JT Money, saluting the Florida rap veterans and celebrating how much history the three artists share.
"MIAMI MOUNT RUSHMORE," he wrote in the iG capion, also adding: "THIS PICTURE GOING ON MY WALL"
Both Trick and JT came to public notice through the legendary Luther "Luke" Campbell; JT Money was the unofficial leader of the rap group Poison Clan, which was signed to Luke Records in the early 1990s. JT Money would eventually break out as a solo artist later in the decade. And Trick Daddy was first heard on Luke's 1996 hit "Scarred," before he landed his own deal with Slip-N-Slide Records and scored major hits like "Nann Nigga" and "I'm A Thug" in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Trick and Rick Ross previously had bad blood, but that situation has long been resolved. Now, it looks like Miami rap royalty is in a good place.
