OutKast's second studio album, ATLiens, is being re-released for its 25th anniversary this summer with 14 new instrumental tracks to their classic songs. The record will be available in deluxe vinyl editions, including the "Neon Green and Blue Galaxy" pressing from Vinyl Me, Please and a pressing from Get on Down. The album was mixed in the Hi-Res24bit sound and will drop on August 27.
The classic OutKast album was released on August 27,1996. ATLiens debut at number 2 on the Billboard charts. Just last year, OutKast celebrated the 20th anniversary of Stankonia, reissuing the album after being honored at Atlanta's Black Music and Entertainment Walk of Fame earlier this year.
