The next Verzuz battle has been anounced.
Hip-Hop heads are going back to the days of throwbacks and two-ways; on August 3rd, 2021, The LOX and Dipset are slated to face off in the next Verzuz entry. The two crews repped for NYC, the East Coast and street rap and feature some of the most revered rhymers, (including names like Jadakiss, Cam'ron, Styles P) of their generation.
The LOX began their career on Diddy's Bad Boy label before jumping to the Yonkers-based Ruff Ryders in the late 1990s. Similarly, Dipset cornerstone Cam'ron was affiliated with Epic/Untertainment before joining Roc-A-Fella Records in the early 2000s and elevating his Harlem crew the Diplomats alongside Jim Jones, Freaky Zekey, and Juelz Santana.
