Rock the Bells founder, and Hip-Hop icon LL COOL J returned to the stage on Saturday (August 21) in Central Park for the We Love NYC: Homecoming Concert. The legend brought out several friends, including Fat Joe, Busta Rhymes, Remy Ma, French Montana, and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, to perform a medley of his greatest hits. Run-DMC’s Rev. Run also joined LL to perform his legendary group's 1986 hit “It’s Tricky,” before going straight into our namesake, “Rock the Bells.”
Scorpio and Melle Mel of The Furious Five also took the stage to perform their classic 1982 single, “The Message”.
