Young Money signee Mack Maine confirms that Lil Wayne has three new albums in the vault. Two of those are collaborative albums.
In 2020, Weezy blessed fans with three projects with Funeral, Funeral Deluxe, and No Ceilings 3, all in one year. Wayne is yet to drop any projects this year, but it seems that fans have something to look forward to in the near future. Young Money President Mack Maine announced Wayne is preparing to release three new albums before the end of the year.
Maine confirmed the third installment of Weezy’s I Am Not A Human Being series will be the first. “Anybody that’s a Wayne fan will know that I Am Not A Human Being 3 is coming up soon,” he announced. “Wayne has a project with Rich The Kid coming soon. Collegrove 2 with 2 Chainz--I was about to say, Tity Boi, we still call him Tity Boi. There’s a lot of music Wayne is working on.”
We are still waiting for official release dates for the upcoming projects. Weezy fans are in for a treat this year; the rapper’s I Am Not a Human Being series is a fan favorite, where Wayne comes with the wordplay and lyrical acrobatics. We can expect the same energy from Wayne on Collegrove 2, as he and 2 Chainz link back upbringing that classic southern suave to the mic. Recently, Wayne dubbed Rich thee Kid “the greatest skateboarding rapper of all time,” the two have countless collaborative tracks together, so it will be interesting to check out their full-length LP.
There has been no official announcement of the release dates for these projects. Stay tuned for more news and Lil Wayne and his upcoming albums.
