Dr. Dre has been rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after reportedly suffering what brain aneurysm. According to TMZ, the 55-year old producer/mogul suffered the aneurysm on Monday and was rushed by ambulance to Cedars and was taken directly to ICU, where he remains as of today (Jan. 5).
Per TMZ: "Our sources say the 55-year-old music mogul is stable and lucid, but doctors don't know what caused the bleeding and they are doing a battery of tests."
Dre (born Andre Young) has been in headlines recently due to ongoing divorce proceedings between the hitmaker and his estranged wife, Nicole.

In an Instagram post late Tues. (Jan. 5), Dr. Dre updated fans on his condition.
“I’m doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team,” Dre said in a statement posted to his Instagram account. “I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!!”
The star has received an outpouring of support across social media.
